We are looking to expand our team and are currently seeking to employ a Medical Receptionist at our clinic in Perryville, AR. We offer competitive pay as well as a relaxed, team-based working environment.
Responsibilities may include:
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner at the front desk.
- Provide medical administrative support by scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and updating patient records.
- Answer and manage multi-line phone systems
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling patient information.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure efficient patient flow and excellent customer service.
